Privacy Policy

Cloud Haven (“we”, “us”) is a 3D memorial space for pets, at cloud-haven-czg.pages.dev. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and a password (stored hashed by our auth provider, Supabase) if you sign up with email.
- Google or Facebook login: if you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook”, we receive your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture URL. We do not get your password or access to your posts, friends or contacts.
- Nickname: the name you choose to show in the guestbook and above your character. We never display your email address.
- Memorial content: pet names, species, breed, dates, messages and up to 5 uploaded pet photos per memorial. Memorials are visible to visitors of Cloud Haven.
- Guestbook posts: your nickname and message. Guestbook posts are public.
- Payments: purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a record of what was bought, the amount and the payment status.
- Suggestions: if you send a suggestion, its text and the optional name and email you provide.
- Device storage: settings such as sound, graphics quality, character and guest nickname are saved in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Live presence: while you are online, your nickname, character and position in the world are shared with other visitors in the same area. This data is not stored.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your memorials, offerings and guestbook posts.
- To process payments and prevent abuse (for example, rate limits on posts).
- To reply to suggestions and support requests.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run Cloud Haven: Supabase (database, login and storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google or Facebook if you use them to log in.
Retention
Account and memorial data are kept until you delete them or ask us to. Offerings expire after 30 days. Payment records may be kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing shiquan1020@gmail.com.
Data deletion instructions
To delete your Cloud Haven account and all associated data (including data received through Facebook or Google login):
- Email shiquan1020@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Send it from the email address on your account, or include it in the message, along with your nickname.
- We will delete your account, profile, memorials, photos and guestbook posts within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also remove Cloud Haven’s access from Facebook at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Cloud Haven → Remove. For Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
Cloud Haven is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any changes will appear on this page, with a new “Last updated” date.
