By using Cloud Haven you agree to these terms.
Using Cloud Haven
- Be kind. Do not post content that is hateful, harassing, illegal, sexual, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Only upload photos you have the right to share.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the memorials, photos and messages you create. You give us permission to host and display them in Cloud Haven so other visitors can see them. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Purchases
- Your first Marble Classic memorial is free (one per account). Additional memorials and all gifts are paid.
- Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are processed securely by Stripe.
- Memorials stay in Cloud Haven for as long as the service runs. Flowers, toys, food and lanterns stay at a grave for 30 days from when they are placed.
- Purchases are digital and are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us and we will help.
Availability
We work hard to keep Cloud Haven running, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using Cloud Haven.
